General Policy

Our return policy allows customers to request a refund for any cricket coaching session purchased within 14 days of the purchase date.

Exceptions

  • Coaching Sessions Already Completed: Refunds will not be issued for coaching sessions that have already taken place, unless the customer is explicitly dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided.

  • Custom Packages: Refunds for custom coaching packages may be subject to additional terms and conditions, depending on the specific package.

  • 1:1 Sessions: Refunds for 1:1 coaching sessions must be requested at least 48 hours before the session date.

  • Group/Academy Sessions: Refunds for these must be requested at least 14 days before the session date.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the purchase date.

  2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, name, and the reason for the refund request.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your request is reviewed, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refunds are typically issued for the full purchase price, minus any applicable fees or taxes.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a coaching session, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and explore potential solutions.

  • Our return policy is subject to change without notice.
